Who’s Involved?
Our administrative staff, oversees all operations, including our individual service centres. Some Centres are directly owned and operated by SUNSEN, while others are managed by separate entities (Franchises).
Depending on the reason your personal data is collected, either SUNSEN, the Franchises, or both may be responsible for how your data is used. This is referred to as being the data controller. In the "How do you use my data?" section below, we outline who the data controller is for each purpose.

Are There Any Age Limits to Use the Website?
Our website is intended for use by individuals aged 16 and over. If we learn someone under 16 has used the website or that their personal data has been shared with us, we will take appropriate action to remove their personal data. Our website is used to quickly organise the data provided by guardians on their young person(s) and measures have been taken to ensure it is safely securely protected.
How Do You Use My Data?
Account Creation: When you create an account, we collect your name and email address to manage your account and provide our services. Both SUNSEN and the Franchise managing your Centre are joint controllers of this data.
Bookings: When you make a booking, we collect your name, email address, phone number, address, and payment details. This data is used to manage your bookings and for payment processing. Both SUNSEN and the Franchise are joint controllers of this data.
Emergency Contacts and Health Information: When you visit a Centre, we collect the name and contact details of your emergency contact, and any relevant health conditions. This data is collected to ensure your safety and is jointly controlled by SUNSEN and the Franchise.
Marketing Information: If you have expressed an interest in our services and not opted out, we will use your data to send updates and promotional materials. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at Admin@sunsen.co.uk or following the unsubscribe link in any marketing communication.
Customer Support: When you contact us, we collect your name, contact details, and any other information you provide to respond to your inquiries. This data is jointly controlled by SUNSEN and the relevant Franchise.
Website Usage: When you use our website and consent to cookies, we collect data about your website usage to improve our services and website functionality. SUNSEN is the controller of this data.
Promotions: If you enter a promotion run by SUNSEN or a Franchise, we collect your data to manage the promotion and award prizes. Both SUNSEN and the Franchise may be independent controllers depending on the promotion.
