FAQ

  • What SUNSEN does?

SUNSEN provides personalised educational programs, therapeutic interventions, and recreational activities for young individuals with Special Educational Needs (SEN). We ensure each child's well-being and development while offering parents valuable respite services. Our goal is to create a nurturing environment for children to thrive and families to find support and relief.

    Join our careers talent pool.

Sign up a young person with the Join Us tab above.

Franchise us by getting in touch for a chat.

Join our Class Dojo community via the app for personal updates on your child and for quick chat responses.

  • How trained are your staff?

All staff must complete reading of the policies and meet requirements before commencing work.

We have varied backgrounds of training but we invest in our staff’s continued professional development by providing them with further training and qualifications.

  • Where are you based?

We are currently based solely in Newcastle Upon Tyne in the North East of England.

We will be looking to expand to other deprived areas that has seen a significant drop in SEN care provided to them from the government. If you would like to be a part of growing the SUNSEN community please consider a career or franchising this business.

  • Do we take donations?

Yes we take donations, we will commence fundraising events and will create wish lists of equipment that can be donated to our cause, and to your SUNSEN community.
